There really needs to be a changing of the guard in Washington and in every state. We need to change out the give everything to the minorities, fuck the middle class and kiss the upper class ass corporate 'yes men' for everyday Joe and Bill's. The censoring of the internet is a crock of shit. If ANYTHING could/should be done it would be a small 'logo' in the upper right/left corner of each webpage that says 'parental advisory' on sites that are full of cursing, sexuality, etc. Not enough 'bad content' to warrant a PG-13 or an R rating if it was a movie? NO logo. I am Keeping the soapbox for another minute here. I am fed the fuck up with the term 'hate crime'. If you commit a crime against anyone don't you hate them? I mean I don't know anyone who comes up to friends or people they don't know and with NO warning start beating them all over the place. That being said, unless you are screaming racial terms as you beat someone, if you are a known member of an extremist (Arian Nation, Black Panthers, KKK, ) organization, or you go on a rampage of hate then there is no 'hate crime' statute. We sit and preach to kids that they are no different from the little Korean girl across the isle, or the little Kenyan from the classroom across the hallway, but if you commit a crime against one of them as a white its a hate crime. This brings me to another point. If we are keeping a 'hate crime statute' then you need to realize that the shoe of 'racism' is a shoe that fits on both feet. Blacks can commit hate crimes on whites, asians on hispanics, arabs on native americans, and so on. Quit trying to limit it. I say this because since this Treyvon Martin case two things have happened. 1) More black/hispanic/ on white crimes have come to light. Kids beating the everliving fuck out of 65 year old retirees, jumping a kid 3 or more on one. And there is no crying out for freedom for the 'little white boy'. Its ignored. Change the races around and Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and 1/2 the medial would be all over it. Obama would be apologizing and calling it a hate crime and ensuring the families 'justice will be done'. The second thing is that we have seen that cultural background does not mean shit. Your skin color is your skin color. I want to say it was the 'American Hispanic Organization' who said something to the effect of 'Zimmerman is not Hispanic. His skin is white'. The hatred has to go. The bullshit 'I'm better than you' has to go. The injustice for some and everything on a platinum platter for the others shit has to go. Lets make America a little more equal for everyone. J

If you aren't in a foot of snow you don't need a whole lot of flotation. COMPLETELY different riding though. It isn't unusual for me to put on a couple hundred miles in a day. Instead of carving and leaning you rip through the woods scrolling around trees and jumping off every little embankment you come across. Now that sounds like a good use of time!!! J

What takes your body 16 hours takes mine 6-8. Huh? Metabolism's a bitch or a blessing. Ryan basically said the same thing and imagine that has a similar propensity for gaining body fat to me. Body fat? Whats that? Not sure, never had it myself. Something I've heard about though. I wish I had been blessed with genes like those. Sadly Its rather easy for me to add on body fat. Additionally, my legs can grow like weeds when I work them, but my upper body take forever to respond to training. J I'm 6'7" and 215lbs, plenty of frame to hold fat, but it doesn't happen. I can eat almost anything, but that being said I mostly eat rather healthily since I prefer real food. 5'10" and 215. Italian, Polish, German and a little Irish. My metabolism seemed to die off around 17. Granted thats the same time Alcohol really seemed to enter my life. I know if I ate 'cleaner' more natural foods, and not froze/processed foods it would help a lot. I just cannot afford GOOD local restaurants daily, nor do I have the time to cook each day/night. I gotta plan more. J
