Well my minor update had a decent halloween. Spent it at the park with a buddy and the gf while she was at work. Spent part of saturday paintballing then spent the rest of the day and night with the woman. Had a killer T-bone at the girls tonight. Her mama can cook!!! She better learn more!!! Now just killin a lil time before bedtime. Glad to see the h0p is going well. J

Got about 5 hrs sleep. Weekdays i average between 4 and 7 hrs of sleep. Weekends at least 8 hrs
