if you are going to do any fermenting get a selection of crosby and baker chems and additives. I like lalvin yeast. Particularly the EC-1118 due to its high alcohol tolerance

I've made it from just about everything. It'll loose its tartness. Your best bet is to boil whatever you use to increase flavor. Banana is about the best tasting. People like it more by a long shot.

Yes pectin aka fiber aka celulose aka wood is where methanol comes from.

FYI. Petroleum manufactures add a small percentage of methanol to ethanol to get around ethanol taxes. This is why you cannot drink it.

Still not a good way to purify water. There is a reason why a thump keg is used during distillation. You'd be just as good to boil it.

All a signal is voltage. A clipped signal is the same amplitude of voltage just more cramed into a time period. Google what a clipped signal is (not on a car audio forum) and its pretty clear why.

a clipper signal creates more heat over a given time. If that additional heat is under the thermal limits of the transducer it will have no affect.

This is a really good idea however due to the small margins I keep on product it really wouldn't be cost effective for the customer. The actual assemble cost on my Ethos for example is only about $15 and I don't add profit to that. Shipping the motor separate from the other parts would make the speaker more expensive than it already is. The only other way would be to find a clever way to get all the parts in one box without the motor from destroying the other parts
I have been looking at ordering good quality solid copper wire akin to XS power or welding cable. This will take a while to get however I have accounts with metra and AMMP that carry good quality wiring that does not have MAP pricing. I will be taking Amazon's approach with pricing. Keeping profit at bare minimum to increase sale volumes. I am also using USPS flat rate shipping so every thing will have shipping in the price already. I need help creating a product list for Direct Speaker Supplies to carry. I already have just about everything to recone subwoofers on its way. The problem is I have accounts with just about every distributor you can think of and combined they have tens of thousands of parts. So I'd like to know if there is a special item that you would need. Maybe something no one else carries or they do and it's just too expensive. For example maybe you would like to purchase the really nice high nap carpet I use on my enclosures. Give me a list of what you think would be priority, that must have hard to get item. NOTE I WILL NOT BE CARRYING ANY PRODUCT LIKE AMPS OR SPEAKERS (BESIDES DSS BRAND), ONLY SPEAKER PARTS AND INSTALLATION SUPPLIES.
No shit huh, new homes here go for $100 a square foot. Not extremely fancy but nice solids wood cabinets, granite table tops crown molding, ect. The area I'm at is "1 percenter" area and property runs ~ $18k an acre zoned at a 5 acre minimum. There are a lot of large horse farms, polo fields, nurseries, ect around me. I'm on 140 acres and I sold 5 acres off my "back 40" about 7 years ago for $17.5 an acre. About 30 min north of me my mom purchased ~150 acres for ~200k

Don't know about droid but with my iPhone if I'm listening to pandora or I heart through Bluetooth and leave the car the apps automatically shut down and come back on when I re enter the vehicle.
Why would a phone setting be harder or easier?iPhone uses adhoc to sync with the cyberQ. Apparently its that simple. Droid uses another method. Even the guru website says its not easy to set up on droid. My boss has an iPhone. He just went to his available WiFi listings and the cyberQ was there to hook into. That doesn't happen with droid.This has always been the case with Apple. Even the late 90's on the Mac desktops when hooking up accessories like mics and printers, there was no need for loading drivers like a PC. All you did was screw on the cable and it worked.
Below are preliminary prices you might find on speaker parts. These are the same parts I use on the Ethos. Parts are for 3 inch coils Note: The terminals are the set of positive and negative for one side of the basket . The bolts are used to attach the basket to the motor. I don't and won't use cheap phillip head screws to assemble my drivers. These are preliminary but I don't expect them to change much. These prices are based on what I'm currently paying to build my drivers.
As I get parts in I'll post quick prices and such here until I get the hang of uploading them to the site. I do have one thing I'd like and opinion on pic though. The pics below are just on a creme colored back drop. I could spent all the extra tie editing the pics on a green screen but that would increase the product pricing due to the time spent editing. Would these below be satisfactory. Lighting isn't perfect that would be adjusted however would the backdrop be appropriate or should I really spend the extra time (while incresing product price) editing.
