Need some help
SSA family I need your help. My family is getting to big for my small car ( Acura cl ). I want to buy a used SUV but I know very little about them. I can only spend $6500.00 tops and it must be a 2000 or newer. I will need 4 doors and it must have a V6 or V8 engine. I will use it mostly on the weekend to take the kids around town. My two youngest kids are 12 and 14 years old and have long legs so no small SUV's like a Tracker. So I need a dependable, afforddable SUV for $6500.00 or less 2000 or newer. I hope this is clear and eazy to understand NO TIME FOR WISE ASS REPLY'S Thanks.

2 12's or 2 10's for small 4 dr sedan?
If it was me I would go with 2-10's in that car. The Geo Prizm trunk is kind of small and most 10's work well in about .75 to 1.0cuft sealed.

I don't do it mysefl but I see lots of guys on this forum with amps mounted to the box. The old school Rockford amps like the Punch 150's of the 80's always blew that fuse on the inside when you mounted it to the box. Most company say mount your amp in a vertical position to achieve max air flow. I think it's ok to do as long as you have good air flow.
