What type of bolts are you using for your terminals?

Nice build. What are the specs on that box?

Its always nice to have help when you are doing a build such as this. I wish I had help with my enclosure. Im all alone over here. Im sorry if I missed if but what are the specs on this enclosure. Great build you have going on here.

I do apologize for taking so long to reply. I actually kinda forgot about this thread becasue nobody seemed to be interested. I have since finished the box. I will try and get some more photos of it. I still have another layer to add to the front but that can wait until later. So far it seems to work out fine with the port design. It was said by a couple of people that I would have unloading issues. I guess I will have to find out. I also have some vids of testing on youtube.

I'm just outside of Myrtle Beach, and you? I'll be going to some competitions in Sumter, Florence, and Georgetown once I get things settled down, if that's a bit closer to you. When will you be in florence or sumter? I should be able to swing through and check you out.

Flared the port face using a roundover bit. I used a flush/trim cutting bit for cutting the hole of the inside diameter of the sonotube. Since this is done on both the inside and outside the port shouldn't move any. Mounting the port face.

Here is an old box I built some years ago for 15's.

This is a project I have been working on for some time now and it will continue until everything is the way I like it. There is a lot that is subject to change and will change in the upcoming weeks. This will be a permanent setup but it will only be in for a short while. I still have a lot to do to the interior so some things will be out of place. I have part of the big3 done already and I have the materials to finish it. I have a couple of batts for now and they should hold me until I either upgrade or find another amp like I already have. I will also be upgrading my batts in the future. I hope you enjoy.

I think I just may use the same screws for my 21's. I was wondering what would be best to go with these. I was going to try and find some of the screws used with the hcca 15inch subwoofer.

I glad to see you are back on track with your build. I know what you mean by the weather. It can be 100 degrees here and then out of the blue it will start storming. It did that today while I was getting ready to work on my box. Keep the pics coming. By the way I meant to ask how many cubes is this wall gonna be and what will it be tuned at if I missed it.

I would like to hear how your setup sounds someday. I know I planned a trip a couple of years ago and I was quite unsure of the setup I was going to get, but I do have my subs. I have 2 21" DP's now. I would like to hear the difference between them someday.

It could be possible, I may be driving up to North Carolina sometime in the future lol. That would be nice. What part would you be going to. I know that truck weighs a ton.
