Possibly if you flare both ends. With a box that big with one 4 inch port there is a pretty good chance you will get port noise Why is the box so big??

my 18 is and eD 19Ov.2 in 6 cubes ported at 40Hz. Meant for loud daily. I'm working on a port plug to drop the tuning down to 31Hz.

SQ...when I can listen to anything at a good volume and every single note is smooth and blissful. Nothing stands out yet everything blends. Also if I can listen to it for hours on end without fatigue than it is SQ.

Sir please read the paper about woofer speed. Size has very little to do with transient response. Enclosure is a HUGE factor in the response and how "quick" or how "punchy" the bass will sound. those numbers as in the buttons from top to bottom??? the wash here doesn't have number just labels for high pressure rinse, high pressure soap, high pressure wax, soapy bar thing and what not.
