Only sub in this thread I've had experience is the old school dual 6 ohm JL 12W6. I loved it. SQ was sick.

I put it in my oil for a few hundred miles then change it....then pour a half can in the brake booster. Theres so much crap build up in the exploder its crazy how I can hear and feel the difference before and after

there is no port...actually that huge square hole behind the cutout is the port...looks tuned to around 120Hz

i use it on my exploder...it works everytime...I use it after every oil change

well I used to have the 19Ov.2 in 6 cubes @ 40Hz I'm looking for a smoother low end that gets pretty deep. Is the QTS on the TempestX too low for IB use??

Hey guys whats up. I'm selling the Exploder and getting an Accord coupe. I want to do an IB setup...I'm moving away from the SPL deal. I am starting to crave more SQ. Possible drivers I was thinking about were: 1. single ED 19Ov.2 (already have) 2. two Exodus Audio TempestX 3. four ED 13Kv.2 (on sale right now) Not really sure about what else. I really want to do two 15 inch subs...I'm thinking it should get pretty low and have decent SPL. Also need some advice about midbass...I was thinking about making some 8" kickpods lol.

I'd say it puts out a clean 500-600 watts. They just make up a number....its a POS anyways. I'd take a Sundown 100.2 over that amp.
