Yup I agree Sundownz. I have mad respect for you, for speaking up on the vulcan series with a honest opinion. Now to power-fanatic07 as for these amps being Chinese knockoffs or the other lines of Stetsom, their not. Stetsom has been in business for 25 years or so in Brazil. Their a well established company with product lines ranging from inexpensive to the vulcan series. Of course the inexpensive lines of Stetsom would not be as good as the upper lines, this goes with out saying when trying to sell to all markets. So far the only thing bad about Stetsom is support in the US. For now you have to send them to Alan Dante hes the US rep for Stetsom.

Well this is got me thinking a bit. I was thinking of competing in the street A class where your restricted to one battery and a 1f cap (if you choose to use one) and one sub amp (not counting another amp to run fronts rears) one 12" sub or two 10" subs or three 8" subs. So I was tossing around ideas for the best setup possible and then a vehicle to house it all in. heh

Well heh I went. A USA record was broken while I was there 156.1 from a crx in street B. The competition was delayed about 2 and a half hours due to a abandoned car in the stagging lane lol. Ah well I had a good time and won this in the raffle and got to meet a lot of nice people such as TC from crossfire and Chriss Norris who pulled off a 177.9 in extreme 5+. A pair of RS69 Crossfires

just a thought what would you think would be the highest db set up with the lowest amperage draw. Basically the most efficient system with the highest db's I was wondering what was on the other side of the spectrum.

ok I just got edgu ma cated on Stetsom vulcans, and yup their the real deal. They have outstanding low voltage power and have been run strapped at .25 ohms for burps. The deal with this amp is high power at low voltage, small size.

As far as the price goes, this person js selling the vk7 for 1599.00 US dollars his pricing is in CAN on the website and even at that its what (hes) selling it at. Other distributors could be much cheaper. Thats why im asking if anyone knows of another distributor. Now for any new company that hits the scene they are going to be under fire (for good reason) until they prove themselves. Stetsom's (vulcan series) is making a impression with the spl competitors for a reason. I just want to know more about the vulcan series and how they stack up against the tried and true amps.

Ya I noticed that too. I was only Interested in the Vulcan series. I guess the co. is based in brazil from their web site info. Soooooooooooooooooooo I dont know how their support service would be.

ya messing with the timing belt can be a pain sometimes and in some DOHC engines when the timing belt breaks you can bend the valves
