This has been discussed quite a bit. It's Sean Bellinger (sp?) who owned Sundownonly.com He worked with Jacob to make that omg woofer and changed the site name to emf. At least that's what I've read.

What does the rms rating have to do with it? There is 0 need to give a speaker its rms power.
