You definitely shouldn't have them at 1 ohm on that amp unless you are very careful. If I were the op I'd pull them out and wire to 4 ohms and go very easy with the gain. Check all wiring, is it the coil rubbing?

Definitely be careful with the gain. What coil config do you have? How do I check exactly? Sorry, I don't know a whole lot about all this Where did you get the subs? If you got them from SSA which did you buy Single 4 ohm or dual 4 ohm?

I also thought that I heard that the new line was already available. That's why I was wondering when they will be here on SSA. I could be wrong but I definitely thought that I saw them somewhere.

I think the I series is replacing the 187 series subs. I was also wondering when these will be up on SSA.

I didn't catch that he meant aero I thought he meant a 4x11 slot. Ram is correct in everything he stated. If you can't figure it out on your own have Ram design it for you.
