  1. I prefer ported because the potential to be louder and extend lower. A properly designed ported enclosure can have a flat response.
  2. Nice Love the amps.
  3. Looks great. Love the amps!
  4. Yeah I understand headroom. It was just the statement "i thank it helps them sound strong an clean if set xover an gain rite" that I was questioning.
  5. Well i think it is pretty close to about the same output, possibly more as i am able to push the amp more getting more power out of it. Thing certainly wants more power. I wasnt able to put the meter to it yet, but will monday, hopefully. Enclosure design seems to restrict alot of the performance though. Plan on building a new one anytime soon?
  6. Anything will work if you use the gain properly. What's with everyone thinking they need to run so much power to their front stage lately? i thank it helps them sound strong an clean if set xover an gain rite.....more power less destortion Please elaborate?
  7. Anything will work if you use the gain properly.
  8. Also after woofer and bracing displacement keep in mind that you'll be closer to ~37-38 tuning. Looks like it'll be awesome once it's finished.
  9. An eight is all the room you can spare?
  10. I think you mean E8 which is another option.
  11. Seems as if I've been under a rock
  12. None of those. I agree with Duran but add the orphan 8 into the mix if they are still available.
  13. Since when does fi use yellow spiders?
  14. Thanks!
  15. Not sure yet, I might wait until I can grab another. They will fire into my cabin sealed off from the trunk.
  16. I'm very happy I'm thinking about getting a third and putting the zcon away for a bit.
  17. Had no clue they were coming. Nice little surprise
