  4. thats a great number for a lower tuned box
  5. 500 is plenty of power, but people everyday are throwing 2x that easy. The TC9 is a very stout motor and the RL-p is a very well built sub. As for home, Mike might have some good ideas for an enclosure design.
  6. Great choice, 34hz seems to be the favorite of customers. I tuned to 27, but that works for me.
  7. Mark me down for the third and final vote for turd.
  8. welcome over, and if you know more people who are interested in audio or cars, or both send them on over ..
  9. to ssa and you are the luck 1700th member!
  10. Honestly I do not feel the SE is upto par with the RL-p. That is not bad mouthing the SE, its just a different level.
  11. Have you looked into the RL-i (if money is an issue)? I believe the RL-i 12 might be availble again, you would need to email [email protected] to find out for sure. But they would be an excellent option.
  12. Should be able to - that would be prime shape for soccer season. The leaner I am the faster I am on my feet I might just play again this year myself. I will play until my knees come apart like Forest Gumps leg braces.

  14. THat would be sweet, if you do it make a photo log.
  15. THat was indoors due to the sheer heat and humidity. My knee will not hold up well outside on a day like today.
  16. I would like to keep trying to see if I can get below 9% BF and still put on some mass.
  17. Those are awesome numbers for what you're trying to achieve - especially coming off of that knee injury! well I have done near zero weights on my legs, only cardio, and as minimal impact as possible, but the knee does have to support the weight, I guess I fit into bb class also with the weight and sets I do, but I am pretty much married and will be with the same woman from now on so my goals are a little different..
  18. I know those number pale in comparsion to steveo, but he is a power lifter and I am a soccer player, so I cannot gain anymore weight, but mass is ok, and have to lean down as much as I can, so making the most of the frame I have.
  19. having a very good workout week, - shoulder shrug working set of 335lbs on thursday - best chest burn out on monday that I have had in weeks - tuesday, seated row working set of 245lbs - averaged 7.1 minute mile for 3 miles today - wednesday dead lift without pain at 225lbs scoot
