I would suggest starting lower around 2200hz or so and have a shallow slope between the two.

Played in the goal last night. Had a respectable game for not playing a full game in goal in close to 30 years.

I have not been tracking my exercise as much lately as the FitBit is keeping track. Did over 40k steps this weekend including soccer last night.
