Keep pushing. This is the hardest part. I have to start cardio. Not so much for weight loss, but my calorie defecit is so bad I cannot power my muscles to have great work outs. So I need to exhaust myself another way. It's also for general health. My "stamina" is low. I can't run well anymore. Before I was fat so I couldn't run. Not as fat now but still cannot run. I used to cut a bit over 3 miles in 21 min. So sustainable sub 7 min miles. It was crazy. At 265 no less. My feeling is that if you did it before, you can do it again. I love the positive thought. 19 isn't 30 though. At 35 I am still playing with and against 21 year olds in soccer and ultimate frisbee. Am I at the cardio and speed levels I was at 21? Haha, no, but I have the experience and skill to make up for it in both sports now.
