Have to do the flavorings, or drink it faster. I got chocolate. Over the past couple weeks I've gotten much more used to it....still not great though I've read on the TN forum that doubling up on the flavoring will help, I'll probably try that next time. As long as you feel you are liking the results, stick with it, if not they have bunches of other proteins.

I believe they replaced the 187's. Not positive though. The 187's have been 'killed' off.

The Gemma is supposed to have one of the best absorption rates.

It's good for the price, plenty of people use it.
