  1. Looks great!
  2. I hope the preorder price is good, because I really want one. What pre-order? We have never done one before. I am not comfortable accepting orders before product is ready to build or ship.
  3. Almost sounds like it was not totally broken in, or the enclosure should have been a little larger, but cannot say for sure with out being there in person. Output has never been an issue with the Zcon, keeping in mind the amount of suspension it has. Heck, we have guys tearing sheet metal, haha. The Xcon is a bonkers sub and it seems (based on your posts) that it is much more your style, but the Zcon should usually have the output advantage over it, but again there are too many factors to make a sweeping statement like that.
  4. I have an online collection. Ill send you a pm later. yes yes Yes yes?
  5. Why would he be wasting his money? His budget and preferences are his own. I feel the 13w6 is a much better driver compared to a 12w3 which is one of the drivers the op is considering. He did ask for opinions. For comparison of output and sound quality I mentioned two different SSA 15" that I have owned. Are you inferring the W6 has more output then an Xcon or Zcon? Not addressing SQ, as that is subjective and install dependent. Edit: Sorry, my post sounds critical, as output is install dependent also. Just thought it was very strange as I have heard plenty of W6's, love their sound but they have all lacked somewhat in output, were a little passive on presence, and power handling is on the lower side for the price their are commanding. I am not saying W6's are blownout over priced, but they don't have the reasonable price this online customer market segment strongly prefers. And yes, JL can sell at what ever they want, because they can and they have the engineering to back their work.

  7. When I took the SAT's 1600 was a perfect score.
  8. No it's not, just click the special BBcode button, and select media. Or just use the media tags as usual
  9. This is exciting, love the photo's.
  10. Beautiful.
  11. What the quad-posting now?
  12. I understand that perspective. Some of it could be nostalgia on my part. Once I sell the house, out side of the P5 pretty much all I have is an audio stock pile.

  15. When I still had the explorer, I was swapping in amps and sub's constantly.
  16. Looks look sir!
  17. Because the quality was very good. I have a small collection myself. But do you use it all? Or simply look at it all in a display? So you'd rather pay $800 for something modern that a 80's amp will do for $200? I don't understand wanting to spend more than $200... Totally agree. Hence my pile of ZED a/b's and a few big PG's.
  18. Crap, haha I don't remember my score, I took it in 1995.
  19. Tight fit.
  20. Once the posting bugaboo's are ironed out, I will mention the gallery problems to Invision.
