A lower tune, in most cases can flatten the response and push down any peaks you might be having (but only to a point). If the box is really tuned to 32hz, that is great for a daily driver. As for cabin gains and natural peaks in your specific vehicle, that is hard to know with out listening to your install.

I would not suggest buying a cheap junk amp to go with such a high end driver like the Zcon. Quality and install over a few more watts is always a better choice.

wanting to do a custom psi recone I would suggest using the parts that were originally chosen for a reason for that design.

There are not that many, and I would highly suggest checking classified sectors.

Romanoports has a better ring to it... Sounds a little cheesey.
