I don't think it would work for them. They need the air flowing over the car for down force. F1 is all about controlling down force. That's what gives them the control they have. If you're stalling the air, you are decreasing the down force which will help top speed, but when you go to take a turn at 150mph, you are dead meat. Damnit, I was just about to type that ! Great minds....

This has been common knowledge for quite some time. I can understand why it has not been done on commuter cars as I don't think it would be too attractive and not many people would like it, but on semis, trains, and plains, this could save so much energy it's ridiculous. The ONLY negative I see is repairs. It would be almost impossible to match a curved surface without replacing an entire panel. I'd be down for using some kind of sheeting on the car for long trips. At least on the hood and roof. Same.

At least you've got your kid! Yes, and it was quite a difficult week leading into weekend. But he and I did have a few good moments this weekend.

Maybe you are not understanding. They are extremely busy, running multiple shifts at times. They have to take orders as they come in. Due to their work load, they don't have the luxury to be sifting through orders to find one that might be quick and easy to do. i understand completely that they are busy, but making someone possibly wait weeks for a dust cap is what i dont understand. not was i was expecting with all the praise to the customer support. I underlined the important part. Never said it would take weeks either. Please don't direct the frustration of the damage done to your driver at us. Forcing the build house to go out of their routine has nothing to do with customer support. We put in the order, if they can get to it early, great, if not it will come out in the order it came in. The fact that I am on here trying to explain late on a Sunday night, is leaps and bounds more then what most everyone else does. We are with the best build house for a reason, quality always trumps speed in my opinion. Again, like I said above, if they can get to it ahead of normal order, great. But they are not going to answer the phone on the weekend.

Again, not an actual workout, but hour of raking leaves as fast as I can before the Ravens game, and then an hour of chopping down and cutting up branches. Upper body is well tired out.

Wanting to sleep, turned into loads of house cleaning and yard work. Time to pack lunches, make dinner, give junior bath, more house chores, yadda. So awesome being a single father with two jobs no damn help at home.

Their worK load is so high they normally don't have time to go digging through later orders, but you never know.

Just want to sleep watch the Ravens, then go back to bed. Not going happen.
