Hey bigjon, In the countless enclosures that went into my old explorer, for daily driving, rear fire/rear port was the best in terms of ported sound for me. Output, usually fire up/rear port or passenger side port, but I am not sure the SPL mic traits of a Navi and if they are very similar to an explorer. Essentially a scaled up CRX enclosure usually worked very well in the explorer.

That is a serious drop. I would suggest easing off until your electrical system is a little more beefed up to handle the current draw.

Oh no. Was is more like a click or a popping sound? Also, did it swell right away? Both of mine were a noticeable pop that others could easily hear around me, along with brutal levels of pain and strong swelling shortly after. I really REALLY hope you did not pop the ACL. Sometimes if it was the MCL, some doctors will let it go, but usually if you hurt either the meniscus usually was damaged in the process too. I am going to PM you now with my cell number to call me asap!

If you can't fit anymore space, go as is. Maybe consider adding some stuffing if need be.
