I exagerate, it's not the worste interior on the face of the earth. As for the outside... I'm not loving it, but it's not as ugly as some. I think it's a cool car, I would take a benz over it though. Even though the M is reported to be faster. I am much more scared mechanically of the benz, but don't want either without a warranty. I get the feeling you have been around a few that have been worse then the norm. All the ones in and around my family have not had any major mechanical issues. It has pretty much all been wear and tear / preventative maintenance that I know of. Then again, the majority of them are older and have all been trusty tanks. I need a valve cover gasket replaced, but I expect that after 177k.

To add to that, unless you are trying to compete, the extra power will not be all that noticeable.

Because music is dynamic, your amplifier is not drawing it's full potential draw very often. Also, just because it says 1600rms, does not mean the sub woofer is seeing that much power. There are a lot of factors that play into what the sub woofer actually is seeing.

The Quart seems to be the cheap "IT" amp of the month. But as Sean said, the brand and the quality that was once there was wiped out. I agree on looking for a used amp if possible. 3/4 of my amp collection was bought used.

If you have your rear mids playing comfortably down to 80hz and below, I personally would lower the crossover point for the Xcon somewhat.

Do you know off hand where your mids are reaching down to? I ask as 100hz is on the higher side.

I turned off the negative marker for now so it does not hurt the people that are using the system for what it is intended for.
