Interesting, two Mach5 subs pushing out XBL2 drivers. Nice relation, as I mentioned before, people equated the MAW to the IDQ's. Closest drivers in general performance to the MAW, that are current, I would say RL-i / Dcon / Lethal Injection.

Sorry to jump in on this thread, but how much sound quality do you feel you would lose running the Kronos in a 2 ohm Load? I have a pair of dual 4 ohm subs that would either give me 2 x 500 watts @ 2 ohms or 125 watts x 2 @ 8 ohms. It would be closer to 150 watts though per side at clip according to Mr. Mantz .who says the Kronos will do about 300 watts per channel / 4 ohm at clip or 150 watts per channel @8 ohm at clip. Not sure about how much loss in sound quality would be on the subwoofers, but it sure would be nice to use the smaller amp. If I understand you correctly, why not run the Kronos at 4 ohm mono? 4 4 + 4 4 2 + 2 4 ohm mono.

The HP machine is back and fixed. It appears it was not a failed HD, because the repair slip shows a new motherboard and all new ram.

No worries, the thing about the classifieds is that people try to join up just to use it, and when they see member accounts need to have 25 posts to sell they spam it up to reach the minimum. As for spaming it up in the iHop, that is what this is here for. One massive running conversation to focus all the non-specific stuff in one location. It provides a place to spam it, and keeps the OT clean at the same time.

If you can go way north east, head up to Arcadia National Park and try to bike up Cadillac mountain. I would probably stay in the big new england cities. The wife isnt so much inot taking bike trips up mountains. It looks beautiful thought! You could drive too. Plus Bar Harbor is worth it.
