  1. I have used 4/0 welding cable in a prior install. Still have the wire.
  2. I hope you are kidding about the last part.
  3. I hope eveeyone can keep in mind this software is super new and there are a few things yet to be developed or designed for it. Just give it a little bit and SSA will be light years ahead.

  5. Not compatible with the new software. Don't worry, there will be plenty of new skins on the way. This software is spanking new so the tweaks are just starting be released.
  6. I spy Flatlynes in Casey's car.
  7. Yes please tell us where someone said this. Got to love the people who think they can tell what the drivers make up is based on a picture. It has a single slug, the BTL has a single slug, humm must be almost the same thing. I must have stated a few times in multiple threads that the Xcon has nothing to do with the BTL other then country of origin.
  8. Good news for your dark skin board people, Mark just installed a temporary dark skin until a good one comes out. As before, to change the board skin, go to the bottom left and select "Chrome".
  9. I agree! I dislike the white Don't worry the white won't last long. The old skins cannot port over to the new version of the software. But Mark is already in talks with the people that did the "bloodred" & "graphite" skin about building one for the new software.
  10. Goes to show how well built that box is.
  11. There are a ton of built in features that the old version does not have. We are one of the very first to have a fully licensed and working version up and rolling. Mark is on it with the modifications to the board software, as soon as a new mod is out he calls me and installs it. This new version will seriously improve searches and search engine spiders.
  12. Do you have the wiring schematic for the car?
  13. Thanks for picking the Xcon.
  14. Xcon 12 on the SSA Store: Xcon 12 Xcon 15 on the SSA Store: Xcon 15
  15. Fixed ^^ But output numbers has so much to do with how much testing and work you put into the install. Might mean some deadening, a different size box and tuning, facing the driver a different direction etc. I know a competitor in the past that was leaning well into the 150's off a single first generation stock BL 15. But keep in mind he had been competitor for a long time, put loads of testing and tuning in his vehicle and was running close to 5500 watts to it. So as I said, it takes testing and time to find what works best for your vehicle.

    Hi Ed.
  17. Agreed. And when can we have full Xcon specs posted. I can't help to think it is based of the BTL. Hype has it that it's not, but I refuse to believe the hype. We need to see some specs soon The Xcon has NOTHING to do with the BTL. I will repeat NOTHING to do with the BTL. Other then country of build, they are two different drivers. Very different in design and purpose. And I don't really feel there is much if any hype on the Xcon as most everything has been coming from happy customers. They have been the biggest support of the driver.
  18. I was hoping a CA.com like topic would not spill over here too much.
  19. Feel free to change the skin if it bothers you that much to avoid such an informative audio site.
