What are you saving to get? Something foreign. Something you have test driven and told us about? I don't know. Last week was an 04 A4, and a 06 A3. Got severely low-balled on a trade-in at both dealerships. Looked at Lexus too, but they told me not to even bother bringing the car in. I guess I'm just going to have to sell the thing as trading it in is pointless. The A3 would be sweet, and would be nice with da' baby.

Excellent choice on sub. But am I missing something here. The amplifier is ratted for 1000 watts @ 1 ohm, (but usually does 1400 from birthsheets I have seen), and you are getting a pair of dual 2 ohm sub woofers. So will you run the amplifier at 2 ohm mono, as I don't think it will like .5ohm?

That will be nuts. It is like the wheel market, 18's were king a couple of years ago. Now 21's are around, and 22's coming.

I heard about Tweeter, and Circuit City is soon to follow as they just filed chapter 11. It seems like we are ultimately destined for epic sized all-in-one stores, like something out of a sci-fi movie.

What amp planned, and what goals if there is anything other then just being loud.

Seriously? That was one of my favorite games. darn right. played for 2 hours last night, until I wandered a little too far and ran into a Wolflord, who killed me. Luckily you get respawned! A coworker said it's basically the same as Final Fantasy, which I have never played (any of the, what......11 they have now or something?). Both made by the same Japanese company. Maybe I'll have to try out FF if they are similar. I didn't know they were making Dragon Warrior still, but apparently a new one is coming out next year. But for PS3, which I don't have. I never got into FF. It just came across as the ultra-gamer-geek type.
