I think at this point you are getting too worried about something you might not hear much of any difference. I would suggest building an enclosure like Sean said and let your ears tell you what sounds best in your install.

BJ, you have some excellent choices here, they are all well done. But I must say the 1st is very attractive and eye catching, and if it had the website as clear and as large as #2 I would have voted for it.

After a long wait, they are back and good to go. The pre-ordered drivers will go out first. Thank you to all those who waited it out with us. Also, I will have the Sundown 1000D + Icon combo back up on the shop shortly.

I agree with Sean ^^. I personally prefer a slightly larger sealed box that will lower the Qtc. a tad. But the driver can react differently than your ears like. Some drivers can be lifeless at a with a Qtc. of .707, and some can get a little sloppy lower then that. I know some people prefer to build as close to .707 then add polyfill or decrease interior air volume from there.

The good thing is the improved registration security and a few other features and settings. So no worries, Mark will get the recent posts modification back up shortly.

Last I talked to Stephen, he said he is taking a different approach then other full range class-D's to improve the THD I believe.

All adjustments and updates have been made, so we are on the latest version of IP Board. Increased spam security.

I just heard. Icon's are back in stock, and yes, the combo will be back up soon.

Yes, but I am waiting to put it up until the Icon is really ready to go.

Maybe this will correct the online users count issue too.
