Power is measured in Nautical eels instead of watts.

I need to find out which company is closer to my actual calorie burn. Pre-core seems high and life-fitness seems low.

I cannot remember if I talked about this in the past or not. But something I have noticed over the years, which seems normal at this point, is the different level read outs by different brand machines doing the same excercise. Pre-core machines seem to read out somewhat higher then Life-Fitness, and Nautilus machines seem to be all over the map sometimes. Just wondering if anyone knows if the different companies are using that drasticly different of a formula when the machines have your age, weight, and BPM.

A good number of people still do not know how to do clean bicept curls. Too many swinging the weight and doing most of the pulling with the shoulders and forearms.

I wish I had the chance to swim more. It would improve my cardio and work on the smaller muscle groups.

Can you take a weight gainer shake?

That is great to hear you like the sound. The BL's can get crazy loud with enough power and the right box.

You can see the difference in the motors. Two very nice drivers with different purposes in mind.

uh uh . aussies will freaking race anything That is true, they race Truck Tractors. Watch the jet boat races they show on espn and comcast sports. A highly modified v8 crammed into a 14' fiberglass hull that weighs less than the motor going in it. Jet driven, racing in ditches 8 feet wide with 12" of water running 100 mph. It is freaking crazy. Video just doesn't do it justice. I have seen those before. No idea how they can turn so sharply.
