What is the best 4x6 front speakers?
None of the experienced members here will suggest getting a cap for your system. They can actually cause to harm then good. Read up on the BIG 3, and look into a superior deep cycle battery.

12'' Icon questions
It is much more then we rate the driver at. It does not need the full brunt of that amplifier. As Kent said, be smart with your gains and listen to the sub, if it is saying your pushing it too hard, back down on it.

Zed Amps
NOT class D. That is a viscious lie. Will be the ultimate flexible SQ amp. More probably with tube options. I am just going by what Stephen told me over the phone. Why would I lie about amps I love?

Welcome to the IHoP
Thanks for all the information, it is definitely being read (and re-read so i can really figure out what its saying) and is exactly what I wanted to learn about supplements. If you want to skip the type and link me somewhere feel free to. I'm not even close to being done yet - I have lots of information for you and everyone else. I really have no problem shedding light on the subject. I hope people find it useful and don't hesitate to ask questions if they don't understand something or want more information. Unfortunately, I can't 'link' you to my brain - this is why I'm typing for you I have thought about it from time to time, in addition to a few people mentioning it, Captain, would you like me to make a sub section on fitness and you go nuts with it?

Why refuse? I ask for a low-budget amplifier and they say 200 euros minimum for something decent. Thought you meant here as in SSA.

You will hate it. I'm quite sure of that...basing this on what I know of you online. I don't particularly care for it and use either OpenOffice or MS Office 2003 on all other computers. Tech's starting to require it...at least the engineering and business schools basically gave Vista the finger when it came to being a requirement, just couldn't get their stuff to work well on it. That really says something about the way Microsoft no longer has total control on how they want to push the enviroment customers will use.- Welcome to the IHoP
*OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOklaaahooma 911 Emergency I mostly use the VOIP phone for long business calls. 75 minute calls with Rogowski would hurt on my cell, same with talking with Mark in Arizona during prime hours. If you call me I can always call you. My phone bill is ridiculous but I never see it. Super unlimited plan...sort of. At night or on the weekends with my cell is fine, but when home I think I have free reign on north America. I still a little peeved about leaving my AT&T coorporate plan/account to shift to a Verizon family plan with Amanda, I had 2000 anytime (no freebie nights or weekends) for $12 a month. Some how it was never changed in the system after I left AT&T in '97 approx., still have the same number though. I could yappity yap yap with any ole' schmuck I wanted to and never see the bill go up unless I was out of the AT&T coorporate DC area.- New Workout, New Diet
I can attest to the improvements and benefits of protien and creatine. I have tracked the difference on the side to justify to myself on spending the extra money. I usually do one massive buy a year. I do need to correct myself from an earlier post, when pushing all out for mass and repair I have taken zinc or ZMA (wacky dreams, but recovery time improved a little and soreness dropped a little also). There is so much more we can delve into on this nature of diet add on's. For example, on protien alone, there are many different forms of protien powders, [egg, whey, soy, crossblends etc.) and some work for some people better then others. Nick asked for a few protien suggestions a few months back and I gave a few ideas for protiens that have and had worked for me. He tried one of them and found it was not the best him, he shifted to the protien that Jacob is using (I forget which one at the moment). Body chemistry is a major factor in weight training, and for two people like Nick and I, we are of different molds. He has a wildly high metabolic rate and can eat all day and not gain weight, so a mass / weight gainer is more suited for him, where as I have always been able to develop decent muscle on demand but do not have nearly the metabolism Nick does, so a pure whey protien is more suited to my structure. I am currently trying to pull off the near impossible (thick headedly) by reducing mass in my legs and bringing back mass in my shoulders/chest/arms and improving my endurance, esentially two different training programs split by upper and lower body.- My LS Build log
