Looks really nice bro! My plexi was sandwiched between 2 pieces of 3/4 MDF and was routered too much, so I doubt you have any problems. I'm eager to see the final product on the build, keep it going!

Well, I put my factory wheels back on today and took off the 22's in preperation to sell/trade them I've worked out a deal with a buddy to start working on my next setup over the coming few months. Up to this point I've sold my SA8's and enclosure, the old Knukonceptz 0/1 wiring, selling the 22's, and most likely the SAZ-1500D....LOL! Stay tuned hopfully for a build log ; ) The current plan is 4SA12's off a SAZ-2500D, 220amp alt, 2 runs of positive and negative 0/1 welding wire, and custom amp rack/enclosure.

Jacob, you should put up an enclosure to power post like the one you did for the SA8's

Ok, I'm still using my phone for internet so sorry for taking this long. I spoke to my buddy and he used my CLD tiles on the metal and fiberglass resin on the plastic to give some mass

UPDATE! I took out the 1/0 runs of power and ground today along with the amps. With the help of a buddy we also replaced the stock battery with the Deka Intimidator 9A31 and left the big 3. I'm running all my speakers off of HU power with zero noise issues at the moment We'll see if the problem reoccurs when we run 4 new 1/0 (2 power & 2 ground)runs.

So, I ran another ground and disconnected the power/ground run from the front to rear battery to see if it may have been the problem. Basically I powered the 50.4 off the rear battery and still got the noise. Another problem has been found though while I've been checking wiring throughout the vehicle. My harness from the Kenwood to my factory harness seems to have a bad/loose connection and causes the right rear speaker to occasionally cut out. I'll be purchasing another harness within the next day or two to fix this problem and pray that it could be the solution for everything....wish me luck

My ground wire from the front battery to my secondary is the only ground in the rear of the vehicle right now. If I touch another piece of wire from the rear battery to a ground location it diminishes the sound greatly but doesn't completely remove it. I may just go ahead and make another ground in the rear to see what help if any that may have overall. Thanks for the quick reply Shizzon BTW-I don't have any jumper cables right now to try your suggestion. I'm off to work for the night, I'll be trying a couple of these fixes tomorrow morning when I get home.

I'm having a rediculous amount of engine whine coming through my system out of no where I've checked all my grounds that I can from the front to the back along with swapping RCA's, amps, and taking all door panels off to look for any speaker wire being pinched or tore. Nothing changes the noise for the better or gets it worse. I've only had limited time with trying to diagnose this just because of my work schedule and I don't have another day off till tues next week.. ...FTL! Jason has given me some ideas and I'm working on approaching those but if anyone else has something to offer, throw it out there Thanks in advance to everyone.

When it's finished I want a demo!!!! I live in Indiana and have a couple other guys that would be willing to be molested by those 10's That is gonna be some seriously sick sh*t
