Yea and it says that the nightshade has 2" of xmax. Which means it has 50.8mm of excursion. Just seem different or weird, idk. I can't imagine 50+mm of xmax. lol.

Prefab? Why? Just build your own. It may seem challenging, but it is easier than what you might think.

I may just be overlooking something, but i can't seem to find enclosure recommendations or sub displacement. And it says that it has 2 inches of xmax, so 48mm? I may be wrong, but I think there is 2.4 cm in 1 in. which means 24 mm=2.4 cm.

I had a 10" ssd w/ copper coil. It was in a sealed enclosure. I can't remember the dimensions, but it was glorified in the low end.

I am about to do a build with 2 18's and it will cost me 2 grand and I already have 1 amp, 1 sub, 1 batt, And a H/u. So 2g just for alt, sub, amp, a couple batts, and deadner.

Time for eyeballin' Those jimmy's are 38 or 42 wide (I think it's 38)--it's not touching the sides so 34ish the box is almost as wide as it is tall probably 30-32 and it's atleast 22 deep roughly 10.5 gross, with roughly 2 cubes port displacement (if it doesn't make a bend at the back) so roughly 8.5 ish net off eyeballin' so probably plausable that it's 7 cubes being my eyeballin' isn't real accurate.. 36 wide 22 tall and 24 deep. 6 inch port. But that is the old box. the newer one is a little smaller.

Ok well i went and bought a DMM. 1 coil reads .013 the other reads .001. It is a DVC2 XCON. So I am guessing something is wrong with the coil or the tinsels.

Ok I think it was last sunday. I was delivering pizza, I had just been listening to music not loud while I was taken a delivery, I turned my car off and walked into the pizza shop for maybe 5 minutes tops. Came back out turned my car on and drove off. Still listening to music then i realized that the sub was not on. The amp was on so I just figured maybe a connection problem. Checked the terminals they were fine, I pushed the sub in to see if the coil was scratching and nothing. I then took it out the next day and no connection problems on the inside. I did a pop test and nothing. No signal at all. I checked the tinsels and they seem fine. I could only see them on the outer part of the spider though. You can't see them because they go underneath the spider. I don't know what could be wrong with it. Mark or someone if I need to send it in give me a number to get ahold of you to get all the info or whatever. Please just help me... I believe I have done everything in my power to test what could be wrong. Thanks, Mikey

I'm surviving. The stone sucks. Its my third one. I have no idea what is wrong with the sub, no response at all. No coil scratch nothing visibly wrong, I did the pop test and got nothing, idk seems thats my luck lately....

I've done it a couple times. The first time I sunk into the chair I was sitting in like I was stuck, as billions of bugs started covering me. That was like 20x I think. The second time I smoked 100x. FUCK THAT. Never ever ever again. I was watching the simpsons while smoking it then all the sudden bam, I was skateboarding with bart. It may not sound that bad but what happened is hard to explain. It was like $50 for a half gram, not even near worth it IMO. I will never touch that shit again. It should def be illigal...

I have a circular saw and a table saw. For small cuts I might use a table saw, but overall I like using a circular saw. I usually take my time on boxes. It depends on detail, how you want it to look. Everything depends on you. Don't be discouraged if the first one doesn't come out you think it will. I have built probably close to 30+ boxes now, and somethimes it is still a little difficult. But i always try to exceed my expatin from previous boxes.
