1 15" has 176.625 sqin of cone area 2 12" has 226.08 sqin of cone area. I know that My xcon pounds the lows, but I have an 18 which is actually more than both of those. I have heard 2 15" icons and the pound the lows. I like both drivers, If it were me though I would go with the 2 12's. More cone area and I would love to see them on 2000 watts.

Hmmmm.. I have a Tline box for a 10. I might have to get me one as much as i don't need it. lol..

X2. Just because someone upgraded and was louder for them doesn't mean it will be for you. Different vehicles, electrical, and enclosures. If it were me I would build a new box first. Ha, you would build a new box anyway, and then another , then another, lol, X3 lot's of varibles....... let dizzle build you a few boxes, he is addicted to building them anyway! Can't get enogh practice. Everytime I build one I learn something new, plus I love doing it. I just like to hear subs in different boxes. Ha

My buddy had a sebring with a 15" bl in it. Fit pretty snuggly.

I found it looking for the best setup for my money. Before I found SSA I was looking at PA MOFOS. As i joined I soon realized that that was not the way to go, then I found the beauty of FI and SSA, along with sundown and all sorts of other great brands. I have learned so much from the people on this forum, I would like to just think all of you for the help and better understanding of audio in general. I have been transformed from a kid who just wants something loud to show off in, to a kid who likes a good sounding clear setup. Thank You, moderators and users, as well as owners.

I've seen them, yet never looked into them. What look are going for. If it were me I'de murder it out, throw some 22" daytons on there. Fill up that wheel well. 2 12's, good fronstage. You won't want that much bass. You would be well heard with 2 12" Xcons, Trust me I have a 18". As for your fronstage you'll have to not really research on here, but as ///M5 told me listen to setups.

I'd go with a 10" ssd w/ copper coils. I had ond and I loved it, Mine was is a sealed enclosure aswell. After sub displacement you will probably be rite around where you need to be cuft wise.

found the answer now whats the mounting depth? What was the recomendations on that?

LMAO. Thats what I would do. Maybe triple for the audiobahns.

You will end up needing a new alt eventually. With your batteries constantly being drowned the stock alt will only charge them for so long. Eventually it WILL give out.
