Haha. When i got my windshield re-done they told me i had a few day, they made it very clear, as they too saw my BL in the back.

I like to use bolts aswell. It does make it a lot easier to (dis)connect the terminal much easier.

Damn that exactly what I was thinking. But all kiding aside so many factors go into what numbers you can put up. It is virtually impossible to predict what you can/will do...

It is already at the complete width of my wheel wells. I was thinkig of shortning it a little, and making it a little deeper. I wasn't sure if there would be enough air flow between the box and rear hatch though. Also I could build the box over 1 wheel well, 1 has the jack and such on it... Oh and it is tuned to 30 now. I think if the box was a little shorter it might hit the higher notes better.

Haha I was thinking of a windshield banner aswell, but as you said it might be a little much. btw did you ever get your new windshield???

Oh, haha i forgot to mention the huge star spray painted on there. My buddy decided to see how well he was at graffiti. Ha. Yea the box is a freakin monster. I plan on building another this weekend, I want to tune it a little higher. Maybe like 32hz with like 90 sqin of port, I'm not sure how many cuft yet though. Any pointers mark???

I plan on being there. I still need to register, also need to clean my car up and build another box, redo window tint, and other small things. I will be there as far as I know though.

Yea I'm going to enter bassrace, I also want to build another box before then. Just to get a different tuning frequency on the box to see what it can really do.

Oh I will. Lol. I haven't had a lot of time to listen to it quite yet. I plan on building a couple more bxes for it. Oh and I am thiking that I might want a second in the future, not sure yet though.

Same here man. I was just focused on getting the box done. I was so stoked to hear it. When i carpet the box i will have plenty of pics.

I have listened to a Q and a BL rite out of the same box same power same everything and i would recommend the Q over the Bl everyday of the week. Sounds better and IMO it was louder.

I got my xcon in the Wed. I am kinda late on posting anything about for i have been building boxes for the last week. I heard it for the first time yesterday in the new box.(7.3cuft@30hz 107.6sqin of port) I like the way it sounds. :bigclap: Different than any other sub i have heard. I must say that i love it. It SLAMS the lows. I listened to some heavy metal to see how well it picked up the double bass, I must say i am very impressed. The $426.54 i paid for it was well worth it. I would recommend this sub as well as ssa to anyone that I talked to . Very great company with outstanding quality speakers.

LOL... Open up in the midwest!!! The only market for stuff around here is lame Kicker.... and maybe Memphis stuff... When I tell anyone "SSA" I have to follow it up with "Sound Solutions Audio..." People will be like what sub are you getting?, I reply with ssa xcon, they are like what the puck is that. I tell them to just wait and see. lol

You're not going to want to put boxes in the kicks. It would be a terrible idea. If you want to go that route I suggest learning to fiberglass. I meant fiberglass enclosures. But still in the kicks. lol. I wasn't meaning like a huge square box.
