don't think you will get good output at 25hz tuning to 38hz without a lot of power and then you get into exceeding xmax leaving sound quality. Also, its the opposite, less power in ported and more in sealed. What vehicle do you have again?

Do an oversized sealed box then. It should be easy to find and cheap as well. I'd try to find around 2 cubes or get a lot of stuffing to get the same effect.

I'd build a new box and do some testing. You'll gain way more output that way than switching drivers.

Brand new, it is right out of your budget by 20 dollars for 320 shipped. If you don't want 1500 watts to each SSD, which by the way they can take easy, then just turn the gain down.
