yes i talked to jacob via email about airspace for the 15s, he said 2.7 should be more than enough for a 15 but i didnt get to ask him what he thinks would get louder. 4 12s in a relatively large box or 4 15s in a relatively small box. thanks for your input.

whats up, i was wondering if i could get the recommended cuft for a 15 inch nightshade. the thing is im planning 4 15 nightshades in a wall, but only will have a little over 10.4 cubes after discplacements, so around 2.5 per driver. or do you think i should just do 4 12s in that space, which do you think will get greater output. and this will all be powered by 2 3000ds 2 3800 kinetiks and iraggi 260amp alt.

i got my iraggi alternator from dom very quick and affordable. its 260 amp alt that does 155 at idle.

pickups are hard to get loud in. choke the power. try sub foward port up drivers side. more port area. if i had to say, id guess the box. try to use 13-15 sq inches of port per cu ft.

your voltage will prob get cut at 6 or so anyways. gains will be set relatively low. no experience with the new g motors but i have a few friends that are running 2500 plus watts to 95s with no problems.

Designs, feedback, people who have similar vehicles and how they like it, how they did it, any input whatsoever. And 32 HZ is low considering the spectrum the human ear is capable of hearing. so spl means sound pressure level. do you want that or ear shaking bass. and if you tune to 32 in that car youll be more likely peaking 40-50 hz.

Seems to hold really well spider to basket - but I used a different, more flexible, glue for the surround to basket. I'll be doing more testing with it... I have six more tubes to play with. Any chance I could convince you to sell me a tube... or even part of a tube? (enough to recone some 15's?) The flexible glue ? That stuff I feel is very proven... just as an experiment I re-coned a sub, including the spider landing, with the flexible glue... and dB-R uses it to test huge amps of 3kw or more and its holding the spider down too Err... no, sorry... I meant the green stuff. I've got some 15's to build for a SS vehicle that i'm going to throw a ton of power at (I hope) ... you seem to be pretty impressed with how solid it is so I'd like to give it a try ummmmmmm, marijuana............
