what do you want out of this? more spl or sq? if i could do it again, get 2 12" ssd's/q's/icons or possibly 15" depending on how much room you want to give up and that should be more then plenty loud and yet sounding great.

ssd, its one of fi's woofers i went from a 12" ssd with a hifonics bxi1206d to a 18" btl fully loaded and a sundown saz3000d i'd do like abxx said, start small for now then decide from there on how you want to go. ditch the cap too, its useless.

i've heard bigjon's car with the bl's and the ns's, and like he said, the bl's sounded better, but the ns's were a tad louder but didnt sound as nice as the bl's, still both are great subs, one just has a lil more sq.

lol, thats a monster box! how much does that thing weigh?! looks loud as can be though

lol, if you want it to be exact, or close to, just cut a little more then 1/2" and sand it down or just round it off to 1/2" and be set.
