Project questions
He hit it spot on. You'll want to ground to your chassis somewhere. As far as the amp, you'll need a distribution block. You'll go 1 wire from your battery, a fuse no more than 18" from the battery, the distroblock in your trunk, and that will have 2 power wires you can run out of it. Run a wire to each amp AND fuse those wires.

What kind of power are you dealing with?

Favorite supplement
I'm currently doing Ronnie Coleman's off season workout. It's 3 days a week with the primary focus on 2 body parts a day. You hit every muscle group after that with 1 exercise. I love it so far, but I'm getting off of it at the end of March just to change it up a bit.

A sure fire way to drop weight is to change your eating habits. Do six smaller meals a day, rather than 3 larger meals. Practice portion control. Cut out soda. Cut out unnecessary sweets. Try to eat meals higher in protein. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO. That is really the key. I started working out again in January. I looked back at a picture of me from 3 years ago, and realized that I've let myself go. I'm taking the following supplements right now: Fish oils, Glucosamine Sulfate, Papaya enzyme, GNC Multivitamin, and Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24 protein. I've already gained a significant amount of strength back, and muscle definition. Currently 164lbs at 5'9". Goal is to be 180.

AQ2200d Probs.. no sound from subs
Take a peak at your grounds. I want to chalk this one up to another AQ amp failure, but definitely check your grounds.

How much power is considered to much?
I'm going to have 400 watts on tap for my substage, and 200 for my front stage. So 600 watts RMS possible when it's all installed.

Welcome to the IHoP
He bought a SuperSnake. They're already overpowered with the 540, so tell him to immediately invest in rear suspension upgrades or to be very easy on the throttle. Well, he bought it as a GT500. If those upgrades that they did at the shop make it a SS, then it is. I'm pretty sure they've done the suspension the whole way around too. Slipped my mind. The mechanic that does the work said that it will EASILY break the tires loose at 80mph. He babies his cars though, hardly runs them. He also has a Cobra kit car that he did. I don't have a picture of that on this phone though. Red with the white stripe up the hood.

Welcome to the IHoP
Shelby GT five hundo. ok so the 2008 GT500s run the 1/4 in 12.6, 12.8, 12.9 (looked at a number of sources to find a spectrum of results) and the 2010s run in the 12.4, 12.5 range high 12's is bolt-on LS1 F-body territory, low 12's is bolt-ons, stalled, and geared LS1 F-body territory for what the GT500 should be, yeah, it's only kind of quick You're comparing apples to oranges. The F-body is what 7-800lbs lighter. If you want to make that comparison, take the drivetrain from the Shelby and put it in a Fox body. You instantly have a 10 second car. I am making an apples to oranges comparison, but not in the way you're thinking. The Shelby is not a production Ford vehicle. It'd be more appropriate it compare it to one of the Berger Camaros. And weight is a factor of the car, you can't use that as an excuse. My Impala would be a 12 second car too if it dropped 2000 lbs. I'm not using weight as an excuse, just simply pointing out the fact why the Shelby is slower than the F-body. It's the same reason the new Camaro is slower, they're both too heavy. The GT500 IS a Ford vehicle BTW. It's produced on the same line as every Mustang. The only thing Shelby about it is the name. You can get them from Shelby though with a multitude of upgrades. Yep, they're all too heavy. I think it's a complete shame they (Mustang or new Camaro) can't be faster than a '02 Z28 Ah, did not know that. Can they be bought at any Ford dealership though? They can be ordered from any Ford dealership I'm pretty sure. My uncle owns the local dealership and just bought a 2010 Shelby. Already has the bigger SC on it and the entire upgraded fuel, intake, and exhaust system. Shelby claims that this makes 770HP!...I'll get a ride this spring. I'll take a video too for you guys.

most effective use of Luxury Liner Pro?
It should, same application really Lead sheeting works in the car too, but it isn't so cost effective. Might add on just a couple more pounds too, just a couple.

Addiction sucks.
I lost quite a few good friends to drugs growing up. (Not dead, just lost their friendship) I've never touched anything of any sort, so I can't offer any real advice except stick with it. Mind over matter.

Welcome to the IHoP
Just rode the sled back from the bar. Visibility on the lake was around 10', needless to say I had a little detour as I had to cross 5 bays and when you can't see very far it isn't easy to stay pointed teh right direction. The snow was incredible though. What kind of sled?
