When I play certain songs and music for long periods of time my dust cap get pretty warm, i know you are suppost to smell a glue smell at first but its been about 3 months since ive had my q's and i still smell glue... ive had it oscillioscoped, what else could cause this? the two Q's are on 2 Alpine Pdx 600.1 Anyone Have any ideas as to why this might be? any comments would be truly appreciated

id have to agree with nick i was up at the bandshell(SBN) and there was a white escalde that had alot of spl with his w7's but he had better sq i could hear every musical note

With Just 2 12'' Q's No bp option in a ported box tuned to 32hz, with 2 pdx 600.1 amps i hit 149.5 dbs at 48 hz yesterday, a coulpe more points and ill be right where i wanna be.. thanks scott and nick for the box reccomendations, scott told me it would be loud..

well i got my fi's installed by jeremy carlson at soundcrafters in daytona beach florida and they knew who fi was because they are the ones that put on sbn

i truly believe the btl will outperform the solo x in the low end
