Configuring a 50.4 for mids / tweets
You aren't understanding what he's saying. The subsonic filter on the amp can be used as a highpass filter for the mids at 80 hz, or whatever. The subsonic on the 50.4 goes up to 500 hz, and I'm guessing is 12 db/octave. To the OP, you have the crossovers switched around. You'd want to highpass the tweeters at 3k and lowpass the mids at 3k. I understand that. I'm just wondering why you would use the subsonic Filter as a High Pass Filter when it has a High Pass Filter already? Because you want to bandpass the mid. The mid needs a highpass at 80 hz or so and a lowpass at 3000 hz or so. You only use the actual highpass filter for the tweeters on channels 3 & 4. And as freat said, you can't use both highpass and lowpass on the same set of channels at the same time.

What are the specs on the two boxes?

Welcome to the IHoP
Well, time to go eat a little something and then go bass fishing. Have to warm up a bit for the fishing/camping trip this weekend out at my grandparents' farm. Farm ponds = easy pickings!

Man it seems like you have the worst mechanical luck. Remind me to never let you near my car or house! haha.

Has anyone heard of these subs?
With a frequency response of 40-700 hz and an fs of 50 hz, I'd hardly call that a subwoofer.

(4) 15 BTL or (2) 18 BTL
Umm with only 7k watts, I'd just run the two 18s. With "just" 7000 watts? How much power do you think these subs need? I'll give you a hint- it's definitely not 3500 apiece. Up at that power range you run into a lot more power compression if you try to dump the extra power into each sub than you would if you spread it over four subs. So my vote is four.

Big 3 :: How many amps will i have now?
Upgrading wires does not increase power capability of the charging system. It merely prevents loss from resistance from the wire.

The first bowl of Raisin Bran from the box sucks because all of the raisins shift downward so all I got was flakes and about 3 raisins. Woke up with another cramp in my right calf last night, but at least it wasn't as bad as the one a week ago.

x infinity The only good thing about the woman living out of town, I only shave once a week. That would be nice, except I have a decent amount of facial hair that grows at a decent rate and it annoys me after 2 days.

Welcome to the IHoP
I just received an email notification saying the item has been shipped with tracking information for a thing I ordered for my gf's birthday. Only problem is that I received the box 5 days ago. Hmm, slow sending email much?

Someone PLEASE help me
Not to diss on you, but you could have written the formula yourself in as much time as it took to write up this thread. =.159*(sqrt((A*(1.84*10^8))/(B*(C+.823*(sqrt(A)))))) Replace A, B, and C with the references in the formula. Hint- make them cell references and plug the corresponding values into those cells.

What all do I need for a amp setup?
Is that the only amp you're running?

What voltage to set gain to?
Well I don't disagree with that. I just don't think it's practical due to the wide range of music out there. But a tip for this method is to open your trunk with the sub playing as loud as you think it is safe to go, and take about 10 steps backward. Distortion is a lot easier to hear farther away from the sub when your ears aren't overloaded. You can also have somebody else slowly turn the volume up inside while you're back there so you can more easily tell when the sub stops being louder and the musical reproduction from the sub changes.

RE Audio
Is that box depth internal or external? If external, it won't work. The sub will be too deep to fit in the box. If internal it should be ok. A bit more space may be ideal, but 1" should be sufficient for the vented pole.

"bitchy wife FTL" haha. My gf gets that way too. "Oh no, I'm sweating, I don't like to sweat!" Even when she "works out" she tries not to sweat. come on...... Though she does have a bit of asthma so that kinda keeps her from going too hard and sweating a lot anyways. seems like we are on the same page with our g/fs just suck it up Yeah for real. Stop being such a princess. My run got cut short after 1.75 miles due to sideache. I haven't had one of those in a long time. Dammit. I tried to walk it off and jog a few more times over the remaining 1/2 mile, but they were shut down too.
