aww come on...RF has plastic and aluminum woofers why would best buy drop them

I had a few really expensive motors in some past rides and ran full synthetic oil I would change the filter at 3,000 miles and add 1 litre to make up for the loss with the filter change and change the oil every 6,000 ..never a problem..my last engine redlined at 8500rpm's and I drove the $hit out of it all the time one thing I noticed is that the aluminum bearings out lasted the tri metal..other than that it was all good

I'm excited about having the room and resourses to build the stuff I wanted to was un able to at my last location......

I have the two bays on the right side for starters....once I out grow them I'll take over the other side as well

That was completely the opposite of what I experienced. Every pioneer i've ever had was noisy as all hell. Don't get me started on the Pico-Fuse problem... the only Pioneer head units I like have the 24 bitt burr brown d/a's...... the noise floor is pretty well non existant the lower line Pioneer's with out the burr browns are not even close take in mind I have 1600w rms pushing some of the best components money can buy ... I hear EVERYTHING and a sound floor can get really annoying with that much power the new stage 4 Pioneer has" four" 24 bit D/A's and a 31 band eq.............seperate volume rails for each channel and an internal 4 way x-over...nothing else like it on the market limited edition unit and is only distributed to a small amount of dealers in very small quantity (I have mine reserved already)

I would just shrink the width of the port..you may increase port noise slightly but it will be cheeper than building a new enclosure you could add more port length but it will mess with the interior volume

you do amazing things with computers

it's gonna be 100x better than the old single bay garage I worked out of in the past I now have the room and resources to build much more complicated stuff

Here is a sneek peak at the new shop...... it will be getting a facelift and some land scaping over the next week or two but it's more than enough room to do what I need it for the covered cement pad will be the SPL lane for comps and of course a dry place to park the SSA Demo Van when it rains these are the brands I will be carrying Sound Soulutions Audio , Exile , Pioneer , Cerwin Vega , Tsunami , Zenesis , Mantis and Focal once it's ready to go I'll post the Location

I have done things with the Icon 10" that just isn't right....for example 143.6db @ 10hz with four 10" by far one of the best sounding woofers on the market...you would only be impressed

well some good news.... he got the enclosure and subs back but the amplifier is no where to be seen it's a little banged up but some sanding and a fresh coat of paint will do wonders you just can't hide something custom like this.....it stands out like a sore thumb (god some people are dumb)

my front stage lets you hear everything including the space around the recording..... the JBL 660gti's are just amazing..you can even hear the fingerprint rub on the guitar strings You should listen to a once if you think the JBL's are transparent. You'd be floored. And yes, that is what my Eclipse was connected to. No hiss. the noise floor isn't a full out hiss but it definately has a noticable sound floor presence compared to my Premier 980... I wouldn't doubt the Seas sound good..... Didn't the JBL 660GTI's take home the Euopean award for Best in car speaker system ? I could be wrong the 660's got a perfect score (10 out of 10) on SQ , Build Quality and power handling probably why my new hobby is listening to all the instrumental flaws so far they are the best components I have ever owned or heard in car

some new info from CES It is true that Eclispe has decided to discontinue selling to the retail level immediately. However the AVN 726e and AVN 4430 will be available in Canada through 2010 and will be changing in 2011 to the fujitsu brand name with a new Navigation model being introduced. All of the accesories for the Nav units be still available for purchase.

I honestly wasn't a fan of the Eclipse Head Units...I had a 7200MKll installed for a short time but the sound floor (Eclipse Hiss) drove me nuts so I put my Premier 980 back in.....

I am now in Kelowna and am working on setting up the new shop the shop is being renovated and I hope to be back in full swing next week..... ...a full bay for wood working...a full paint booth and aprox 3,000sq ft of space for installs BTW.... I am sharing a building with a custom Harley Davidson shop..LOTS of eye candy to look at and it is only a couple blocks from the beach.......double I'll post more info once things are complete
