I try to keep my prices pretty competitive. However, shipping costs continually keep rising. Not sure how much longer I can bite the bullet.

After a long busy week, I finally got some time to get this one finished. The plexi was engraved on a CNC machine, with the help of my old HS shop teacher. I told him the customer will most likely be putting LEDs in the enclosure, so he recommended we use a "V-Bit". It cuts in at a V angle leaving a very smooth cut, that he said will really show up once light is put behind it. Should look very cool.

It saves A LOT of time. Not only do I not have to change out the bits, but I dont have to re-set them up again. Allows me to be much much more efficent. Time is money Well worth the added costs on the extra routers IMO.

I have a rigid tablesaw. Its a pretty good saw for the price, IMO. Came with a 36" rip capacity, which was the largest I could find under about $800. This saw was under $600 after taxes, but then I added a 55" Biesemeyer fence to it about a year and a half later. If I ever build my own shop, a new table saw will be the first big tool I get. After spending many hours crunching numbers, I have come up with a pricing scale for the ICON combos. I feel these prices will be very hard to compete with, if you are in the market for some ICON drivers. Chris (IonSQL) has come up with a "standard" design for each enclosure (single 10", 12", 15" and dual 10" and 12"). This pricing only applies to the standard enclosures, but discounts will be offered with custom enclosures as well. Each design was made using SSA specs, and we were shooting for a good overall daily driver system. All the enclosures (with the exception of the single 10") feature a double baffle. The driver(s) will be shipped directly from the build house. The enclosure DOES include carpet (medium gray, charcoal, or black). All prices DO INCLUDE shipping of everything. So the price you see in this thread, is the total price you will pay for the package. The pricing is as follows: Single 10 "-- $389 Box size: 1.25 cubes @ 32 hz (20" wide x 13.5" tall x 16" deep) This is a savings of $40 vs. purchasing everything separately. Single 12 "-- $429 Box size: 2.25 cubes @ 32 hz (34.5" wide x 14" tall x 16" deep) This is a savings of $40 vs. purchasing everything separately. Single 15 "-- $479 Box size: 4 cubes @ 32 hz (37" wide x 18" tall x 20" deep) This is a savings of $40 vs. purchasing everything separately. This is a fairly straight forward slot ported box. It will also feature a plexi window on the top, that will be engraved "SOU". The CNC part is finished, but no pics of it, due to the fact I dont want to take off the protective paper yet. The finish will be black carpet, with the inside of the box getting white paint. He is possibly going to be adding LEDs inside as well.

Mark and Aaron let me join the SSA team. They are allowing me to be a "ICON/Enclosure" dealer. Basically offering their drivers, in my boxes, and saving the customer quite a bit of money. More info will be posted on that, if the interest is there, and of course if its OK with the SSA fellas. This box, is 4.25 cubes @ 32 hz for a pair of 12" ICONS.
