OP- just a suggestion(especially when posting around here)- but if you don't know off hand what someone is talking about- google it. I do this ALOT to save on questions. With that said - an '80prs' is a pioneer H/U that has a fair amount of processing ability.

LOL Simmer down Beavis! I had a 12W6 on a Alpine 600w mono in a 97 Cavi a couple yrs ago that would pound(sealed even). I can only imagine what a Zcon, in the right box, and a bc3500 is capable of. I'll say this- I drove my Suzuki to work this week- and on my bc3500 at 4 ohms, my 18" Xcon is still just nasty! What ohm load you planning to run?

how exactly are you planning to crossover the drivers? I would guess by using the amps x-overs. This is how I done it in my Zuk.

going to be box building next week. I will post up pics in my build thread asap when I make more progress.

I'm going to router the port opening but just leave the inside pieces how they are. I can't flare them that much because they're so close to the top and bottom of box. I have never done round ports- but I think they look great.

perhaps SSF set too low? 'unloaded' the sub and bottomed it out? Just guessing...
