I would go alpine.

take any workout off the net or make up your own workout it doesn't really matter just make sure you lift to failure on your last set of each excersize (can barley finish the set or get say like 7 out or 8 reps on the last set). make sure you time your breaks between each set because doing a good set then taking a 10 minute break between your next one wont really challenge your muscles much (my breaks are timed to 1 minute each between each set and about 3 minutes between each excersize) it will also be good for your cardio. try to keep the same slow rythem for each muscles you work out and don't jerk your body to cheat. try to increase your weights by 5 every 2-3 months and watch yourself grow and you have to push your body to its limits. a gym is not like a job or school, you cant just punch in, do the time, then walk out and get results, you actually have to work your ass off. do this and i promise you your see some results (it's not rocket science, you just have to give it your all and improve yourself little by little). i was playing at an elite level as a kid and when i was 16 they forced us to work out if we wanted to play sunday night. i was tired of being the skinny corner back at 5'11 and 140 pounds, within 3 months of the mindset mentioned above i jumped to 180 pounds with the same body fat percentage (working out 6 times a week 3-4 hours a day and eating like a madman of course!) now im weighing in at 235 pounds at around 10% body fat. also keep in mind that working out is only 50& of the formula for gaining muscle. you also have to eat right (lots of protein) and sleep right or your muscles wont repair.

All cars come out with a whole bunch of little problems when they are first released and then the problems get fixed in later production quarters. Also some companies push new technologies into their cars faster than other companies which makes them more prone to having problems. Another issue about car reliablity is that sometimes something can break on someones car but most people won't get it fixed unless it impedes with their driving(which is an issue with the jdpower list). Basically my point is that ALL cars are peices of junk and their miserable fate is to rust and break.

I have to admit that i did'nt know what i was getting myself into when i bought a bl 15. i went way over budget, it took up way more room than i wanted, got way more loud than i was expecting or wanted for that matter. With the knowledge I have now i would have probably got an ssd...don't get me wrong though, the bl sounds great, it's just that I can't really bear the bass past 2/3 of the volume and when i start feeling brave and blast my music i usually pay for it in the morning by having really sore ears and headaches for the day.

I bought a saz1500d and sax 100.2 from db-r both looked like new and worked with no problems also. I highly recommend db-r to anyone who does'nt want to pay full price (or extra canadian fees in my case).

i dont think your 1000$ budget will cut it with all the stuff these guys are suggesting. remember sq is an opinion, you cant really get an sq measurement on an unbiased sound meter. i would go out and start listening to different headunits and speakers and find out what YOUR ears like not what some rich dude spent on 1200$ components and claimed they are the chit cause he spent some doe on some hype a company made...the way you install your stuff is important too.

i would get a crappy multimeter to check voltage at your battery and do the big 3, see how your doing from there...then i would go alt if you need more power.

is it true jeeps go for a crap load of money in the middle east and europe or is it just a stupid fact one of my buddies made up.

dont get me wrong i love lambos and stuff, but they really have to stop sharing parts from the audi bin. they're swapping that v10 around from car to car like a damn prostitute. great engine and all but if i were to pay 200 000+doll hairs for a car it better not share 1 single button from its lower sibbling company...and lambos are know to share audi interior parts from audi... i feel like it makes the car superficial.

I look for this possibility already, but this vehicle has an automatic tensor for adjustment, so there's no chance to make mistakes on this, as they use a single belt. maybe your alternator isnt totally identical to your stock one your supposed to have on your car and its self adjusting itself to the wrong setting. just throwing ideas up off the top of my head. or maybe your alt is just going bonkers...

maybe your accessory belt was mal adjusted when you installed the new alternator.they have a tendancy to screech when they are slipping on the pulleys. theres an actual tool and spec to adjust the belt on, you can't just slap it on. if its too losse your accessies wont be working well and if its too tight your putting too much strain on them so you might want to get that checked... also if you have bad ass speakers that like the 15 000hz range, your knock sensor might pick up the sound and act as if the car is pinging and make your engine go whack. its a very rare case but it does happen...

thats basically right. but dont get the impression that the bl puts out crappy sound, it's just that if your listening to hip-hop or rap, your not really looking for an sq woofer. the way a sub sounds is really dependant on how you build your enclosure.

knu konceptz for me. Kolossus Fleks Kable 1/0 is way thicker than a regular 1/0 gauge and is so flexible you can literally fold it on itself.

I have a quick question concerning the Alpine 9886 headunit. I know it`s not the best to use dynamic bass features such as bass boost, but what about the bass feature that lets your widen your bass (Q0,Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4)? I notice the bass gets noticeably louder when I bring it up the scale towards Q4 but also less accurate, is toying with this feature when playing really loud bad for my woofer or am I good to go?

I`m on the way to buy 300$ Monster wires as we speak! I can`t wait to see the improvement over my normal 15$ wires I bought!

X2 . Every installer , salesman ,or women starts somewhere .and yes, there is a learning curve like to know when someone is wasting your time. And the funny part is the one guy still bought something from them it may have been a register over, but future shops got the last laugh. I have 0% beef with bestbuy and 100% with someone purposly giving me false information to inflate his wallet.

some guy at my school had 2 10`s and a 12 in the the back of his car and he`s conviced it sounds amazing because he claimes the 12 hits lower where the 10`s cant and the tens are punchier yadda yadda yadda...it sounds like crap!
