I have my Dcon 12" in 2 cubes tuned to 29hz and I am very happy with it. HPF@ 80hz. I can't wait to try it a a small sealed enclosure. Whatever you decide on, please post up your thoughts.

I have never heard a Q that I didn't like BUT the Q is no sq driver. You will ,more than likely, be happy with any driver that FI sells. It all comes down to the install. Best of luck with your decision.

It gets the job done but as with car audio, it is never finished. Lol

I've had a few as well and never a bad one. I got a good deal on mine so I'm happy. (sorry i -1 this. i accidentally clicked it while on this stupid laptop) Fixed Yeah I had great success with the ones I used and the bad one that I did have was all my fault. I will be trying XS Power batteries for my future builds. You will not be disappointed. I have had the same D3100 for 3 years. It has been in and out of more than a few vehicles/systems, sat for a full year, and was installed on a tractor and lost until I found it a few months ago. I charged it over night and now it is in my car.

Sorry for the lack of progress. With the holidays and work, the past few months have been rather busy. The good news is that I will be home for 11 days in January. I will have my shop back! I am hoping to get alot done during that time. If I could drag some of the local SSA lurkers out from the shadows to lend a hand, I will provide the beer and pizza. You know who you all are. I miss the old Radio Shack. The last time I went in Radio Shack I was looking for a cheap, last minute CB radio and they told me that they no longer carry/keep any in stock. "WTF? Change your name then." I haven't been back since.

I buy most everything online. Better prices and I enjoy shopping naked.
