The BL is more comparable to the 3500 or 9500, but the 2500 can be made louder than the BTL. It is ALL in the installation, pick the driver that best fits your budget. Keep in mind though, the 2500 has a 2.5" coil and half the thermal power handling as the BL, which has a 3" coil. -

At 194 dB the sound wave becomes a shock wave, at that point you might as well sound next to TNT because you're gonna rupture something internally.

50 Hz. is standard for a sub-amplifier. You set the subsonic about 5 Hz. below tuning, use your reasoning to determine there that point is.

It won't be a problem as long as you have enough space, say you have a 4" wide port, the distance from the top piece needs to be 4" as well.
