The human body can be taught to go to sleep anytime, you can change your sleep cycle very easily actually, it just takes some practice and discipline. I worked nights before I got my new job, so obviously my sleep cycle was messed up, on my days off I could go to bed at 5 am maximum, because that is what my body was used to. After I left there, and got a day job I had to change my sleep cycle, in the two weeks that it took to start my first day at my day job I changed my sleep cycle, I would go to bed a few hours earlier than the night before every night. I'd black out my room, even turn off the light on my iHome, put my dog in her kennel instead of sleeping with me, make sure my room was at a good temperature, and relax. At first I'd lay on my back and do breathing exercises, in through the nose, hold if 1-2 seconds, out through the mouth slowly. Like Ryan said, drink a lot of water, not necessarily before bed though cause then you'll have to piss. And let your mind relax, concentrate on breathing and breathing only, if you let your mind wander I guarantee you won't fall asleep. Discipline yourself, your the boss of yourself, so act like it.

That works when you are around 15, after that a little more is okay too. Hell maybe she can actually teach you something, and if not find another. I was 17, yes she taught me a little haha As long as she takes it in the ass who cares, "hey does that thing have a Hemi in it" Not a hemi, but a whole. I am not as nice as you. you just have to push the hemroid to the side....
  22. The owner of the company, you really don't need to cover everything though. Email him and ask his advice, he's an EXTREMELY smart guy.
