If you want low end port it and tune low.

I would always recommend round subs over square.

They are the same subwoofer, one square, one round. Pick the CVX.

You don't want SQ, you don't know the definition of "SQ" so don't use the term. You want balls out loud, and you want it to sound "good", not sound QUALITY they are different terms. Any sub can give you output and sound good doing it but it's mostly up to your enclosure.
