Who is it that you speak of? I shouldn't have used captain, gives negative connotations to the true captain. This one is the one who copy's what other cats make Are you talking about certain Korean made amplifiers?

  11. I have a feeling that the SAZ-1000d would have some trouble with running a pair of 10w7's. Perhaps even a SAZ-1500d might not be ideal... although I do not have any personal experience with the amps and their respective power ratings. Just on paper.. it looks like I would need to give the subs a total 1500 watts rms ( 750 watts each). How would I get that kind of power from the smaller SAZ-1000d amp at a 1.5 ohm load (parallel) by using two 3 ohm coils? Are the subs power requirements severely over-rated... and the amps output specs severely under-rated? Can this amp really give me the power the subs would need? Am I not understanding something here? There would be no problem AT ALL putting less than recommended power on a speaker.
  12. No it doesn't. At all. Would you like very dim or extremely dim? I hope you realize that 4300K is the brightest temperature.
  13. It's not recommended, it expands a lot when curing and Titebond is much better as it is made for wood.
