Thinking of buying DC Level 4
Larger diameter subwoofers don't sound any worse than smaller, theoretically they can sound better.

Nightshade+FedEx=FAIL...
On this day the fourth of April 2009 a very special subwoofer was laid to rest. His name was Nightshade, to most he was knows simply as "Shade", he was being reassigned to his new base in Louisiana and did not make it in transport Let his spirit and passion for creating the most beautiful sounds in the world never die!

Older Sundown 3000D?
That depends on your electrical system, if it can keep up with the current draw you can run it at 0.5 ohms.

help me hit a 150.xx WITH VIDS
Well we don't know for sure if this is the same person, and I would rather NOT know if it is or not and give him the benefit of the doubt. If it is him then I think he would be smart enough to know not to sell stuff on here.

Jay-C76's 2005 Ranger Install
Who else do you know that can totally shatter a window with a single 18" running IB and no power? uhhh.... explain please. btw the build is looking amazing Jay!1! Steve Meade has a video called "Breaking a windshield with one 18" woofer" or something like that, and he picks up one of his BTL 18's and breaks the back window with the motor. It's quite funny. EDIT: Explaining what happened took all the fun out of it

DP or xcon?
In no way did I mean for that to be harsh and I apologize. Since you seem to have a front stage to keep up go for it. What kind of power are we looking at? Or budget?

Port Design
Exactly, or something similar to 95honda's 8 8" RE subs ha did a while ago, he used all of his port for competitions at 50 Hz. , plugged two of them to yield 40 Hz. for rap, and plugged two more at 30 Hz. for all other music.

DP or xcon?
Okay let me get this straight, you want a wall with sound quality? Lets take a step way back, what do you have in the front? Can your front stage keep up with this sound quality/ groundpounder wall abomination?

help me hit a 150.xx WITH VIDS
Is he? I guess after what happened on CA i kinda feel for you though..... Did you learn anything from that? And nice score btw If he is in fact the same person he will not be selling anything, but he is just as welcome here as anyone and I hope everyone will treat him with respect. The guys on CA were extremely rude to him, some of it he deserved but most was unacceptable. Bobby you have a very cute baby by the way, the blue eyed one.

DP or xcon?
You could convince Rob up there to send you his new XCON 18's, I'm sure he would be up for it! Oh and I voted other because that's not what the XCON's are designed for, it sounds like you want a sub that can handle all the power you can throw at it. Every sub is going to have limits, some more than others. I cannot say get the DP or not, I have no experience with them but have heard great things. I'm a Sundowner and I recommend the Nightshade

Port Design
Not necessarily. Large port area raises efficiency, which competitors really need to win. A lot of guys on here have tons of port, they use all of it for competitions and plug some of them for daily listening.
