Julian, clarify you want a wall in your Mustang, lol, not a building
  3. Supertweeters in your doors does not seem a wise choice, at least in my opinion. I'd opt for horn tweeters instead.
  4. Folded T-Line's work well, some of the guys are old men who are too stubborn to open their minds to the realm of unconventional enclosures In reality though, that is, by definition, not a transmission line, it is an inverted folded horn. A T-Line's port area does not change throughout it's length.
  5. You've been dealt with.

    Snow. I've got fucking snow.
  7. Weather stripping will work well to seal it.

Matt, as I value your opinions on the Steve Jobs, I'm surprised you hold him in such high regard, bring a Falcon guy and all.

I'm having a party to celebrate the death of Jobs, I'm glad that cock is dead, his company may have accelerated the advancement of certain technologies, but he did nothing in that regard
  11. Both of those reasons are subjective. Please don't use subjective reasons to convince the OP to use something or another.
  12. There is a reason you have fried two amps already, you need to address why that happened. They are D1 coils, the Re is .7.

    This.
  15. I'd never let David touch an old XXX. Fi needs to do it. You can order a recone right from the website.

    Well, it is lol

You obviously missed my first post, if a random woofer showed up at your doorstep, and they don't know what needs to be done with it, what should they do? I'm asking you since you are all knowing.

It's posts like that, that make me ashamed to be a homo-sapien along with you.

Young newbies thinking they know one iota about the audio industry, thanks for the laugh. Of course those company's can whip out recones quickly, they drop soft parts directly into their imported motors all day, all they DO is recones, literally.
  20. Duran replied to Disarmer's topic in Fi Products
Recones are done once a week, if your woofer is not sent in with the warranty card filled out it sits in the shop until they are contacted about it. Nick will chime in with details soon.
  21. I'm 20, and just made two dozen jello shots for tonight, I'll enjoy them with my woman, responsibly of course.
  22. Half the width of the pole vent is all you need, any less and you can pop a dustcap off, it's rare but can happen.
  23. Push pull works because they are wired out of phase, that way they do not interfere in a negative sense.
  24. Definitely a shady company there.
