    Shit he's back...
  6. ^^ There is much more than just current that plays into that.
  7. Don't run them both on the same amp...
  8. Now all that whoring was for nothing...It would be wise for you guys to delete those.

It is a common misconception that you NEED the recommended RMS to get a sub to work. 900 watts will be plenty for it.
  11. Phase is used to make your subwoofer play a certain note before your front speakers, so that the sound waves from all your speakers get to your ears at the same time.
  12. That question has nothing to do with U, so butt Da Hell Out!!! Poor choice of words there buddy.

Everything Jake has sent me got here on time.
  14. Ight im going to look up some pictures to get a idea of what it will look like. Thanks. I can show you some, it would have to be later tonight though.
  15. What do you mean the skin was burnt?
  16. The reason guys who compete have such monstrous enclosures and ports is to raise efficiency. They tune really high and only play tones, not music. So they are seldom at rick of mechanical failure (unloading), you on the other hand will be playing music with changing frequencies, combine that with too much port area ad you get mechanical failure.
  17. GOOD! I was hoping you would say that! Don't buy terminals, get some bolts, nuts, and some ring terminals and you are set. Drill two holes in your box, one for (+) and one for (-), make sure your bolts are just small enough to fit in the holes, attach a ring terminal on the outside, one on the inside, and put the nut on. You are set, you can put some silicone around it if you are worried about air leaks.
  18. Jake is in Moorseville too.
  19. Please tell me your not serious...
  20. Thank you, that is exactly what I was going to say.
  21. Who are you agreeing with? I said SSD's.
  22. Lol i already bought 8 gauge. And i have a BL 15 D2 the wires fit in the sub terminals but i want to to fit on the inside of the box terminal. Okay, you will be fine. I'm assuming you already have the box, are the terminals put it yet?
  23. For only 1,500 watts you wont need it. I can barely fit two 10 gauge wires in my Nightshades...and I have an SAZ-3000D going to them.
  24. Why? There is no need.
  25. 4 SSD's would be superior to 3 Q's. Good thinking on the electrical upgrades. Although there is no need for 8 gauge speaker wire. 10 gauge would work fine.
