  1. like trash lol, its all sony explodes, and its way louder in some places than others, lol, but im not too sure about in a bus but i play bass guitar and i had a downfire 15" and i playd in bars, apartments, houses, clubs, outside, and in little and big metal buildings (for practices) and it never failed me before, that is until the 15 blew at my last practice =-(
  2. id love to but i dont have a camera, but i know that they are more long than big, its kinda like a slant as a box in the rounded corner, and the 10 in the middle, but im not sure about the whole strength thing as mentioned ^^^, also as far the whole sub idea, why dont you build a bar and hide the speakers in there, maybe downfired? not sure how good it would sound, but you could also put some like that under the seats maybe? just some ideas to help
  3. why dont you put some 8's in some boxes and mount them in little boxes in various places along the top of the wall (like in the bend between the wall and roof) my bus driver, who is pretty cool im my case, was given 2 10"s by his son and put them mounted in the corners like that and put 6x9's in the front and 2 in the back, along with the 4" speakers that come in the top, haha so yea, my bus driver is pretty gangsta
  4. well, even though i would love to get him the sundown (actually even get myself one =-)) it is sadly out his pricerange, so is the kicker, but i got an offer on a Memphis =-)

  14. if you want more sq id say the ssa icon or the fi q, but if you want more on the spl side id say a fi bl or a re sx, but thats if you want to stay in a low price range, either way they will all blow that l7 out the water
  15. well if the sub is dual voicecoil you need dual 4 ohm (for explicityourself)
  16. well by highs i mean the midbass, midrange, and the tweeters, what are the 5.25"s considered, and why shouldnt i put anything in the back?
  17. haha, thats pretty bad ass, i always wanted to do one, but rushnrun, i play bass guitar and i just blew my 15 on my amp and i need a neww sub, would you be willing to sell another one, and if so, how much?
  18. im pretty sure, but i dont have any rear doors, its called a super cab but its really just an extended cab, or maybe i could just make a fiberglass kick panel and just put some highs in the doors?
  19. ok i have a 1989 ford ranger super cab and just about all the speakers are busted so obviously ill be upgrading, i know close to nothing about highs, so are there any suggestions, its 4"s in the doors and 6.5"s in the back and ill be making fiberglass panels to fit whichever tweeters i get.

  23. ...when you buy a speaker to go in your truck when your truck is sittin on blocks ...when you put camouflage boat seats on a camouflage speaker box for it to "match" and so more than 2 people can fit inside your full size truck ...when you have 2 cvr 12's hooked up to a home sterio just for chits and giggles ...when you have enough speaker boxes to make temporary furniture out of them in your house
  24. a good friend of mine has a re sx 15 dual 2 coil on a lunar 500 watt amp and it sounds really good and gets down, its in a 3.5 ct3 box but he just ordered another and another lunar because he liked it so much, but they sound pretty good, and get down for only 500 watts
