Also wanted to add this, I currently have no noise in my current set up. The sensitivity of the zed is greater than what is currently installed. Maybe my ventures will help other who encounter noise issue with the amp.

Just wait until they can install a chip in you that will allow you to control everything with your mind.

Alright now back to the Zed install. In a direct swap with the sundown the zed was making all kinds of racket. Remove and powered in the house with zero noise. Sent back it back to zed to verify. Now I do the swap again and still have noise, just sounds differnet. I know the amp is not making noise, so now it is time to start troubleshooting my ground issue by removing all equipment until the zed is happy, then I will reconnect until I find the noisy guy. Just need to wait until it is warmer.

Just a little bump because this even helps us older audio guys who need referance.

I ran my SSD 12 in 2.4 @32 and it was pretty nasty for a single 12". Based on your measurements a 10" may be better suited.

I am not sure what account you are referring to, when I order from Fi I don't remember any account. The wait does suck, but is well worth it.

Usually you will not receive anymore information on your order until it is ready to ship and that I believe comes from fed ex. If you sent an email Nick usually does what he can to reply.

Thank you and it is fun teaching kids fun stuff. I designed and was in the process of building him a shelf for all his puzzles, books and hot wheels today. Wishing he was about 10 years older so I could teach him how. He still does what he can with me though. I try to teach him quite a bit. Don't wish those years away too fast because before you know it they are 18 and moving out.
